If you google my full name, the first result you get is Harry Potter fan fiction. I don't write Harry Potter fan fiction. I don't write fan fiction, period. But there's someone out there with my name that does, and so periodically a curious friend will email me and inform me that I write Harry Potter fan fiction. And I will tell them, no, actually I don't. So just to set this straight once and for all (or at least until next month), I, Bess Anderson of Indianapolis, daughter of F and J, do not write fan fiction, especially of the Harry Potter nature. I'm no particular fan of Harry (good books, tho') nor do I write fiction about him.
There. That's done.
I'm in Chicago for the weekend. Gonna see a couple soccer matches with friends. (It's Real-effing-Madrid, bitches!) Be back Sunday night, I guess.
