I'm a bit overly pleased with the title of this here blog. I thunk it up all on my lonesome. I'm proud of that fact. Yes, sireee.

Out of curiosity, I did a search on Google and found that there's another blog with a similar name: Sic Transit Gloria. That, for your information, roughly translates to "Thus Passes Glory."

I should have guessed some else would have a similar title. No biggy. What's interesting, though, are the similarities, little though they may be, between our blogs.

For instance, they have a link to Moorewatch which "is dedicated to unearthing the truth behind the doublespeak and falsehood that spews from the mouth (and keyboard) of Michael Moore on a regular basis." I had posted something about Moore earlier. (And I will get the archives fixed just as soon as I figure out what's wrong with them. Sorry if they don't work.)

There were other similarities. None really of note. Just interesting to see so *many* articles/events/issues I, too, had taken note of.
