The Winter Guest is a great movie. I like movies where people just sit around and talk, though, so. . . Anyway, you can watch the trailer here or somewheres back here if you want. I do believe, though, that it just may be one of the worst trailers ever.

Firstly, it's one of those previews that is "greatest hits" reel-esque. I mean, if the film had to be condensed into three minutes, this is roughly what you'd get. (Mind, however, not to get the impression that this is one of those movies that you should've just seen the trailer for instead of sitting through the whole two hours, because it isn't.) And, you know, that's almost forgivable compared to the voice over they've put on this sucker. "In a world. . ." It seems to me that all the little narrations for today's movie trailer start this way. "In a world. . ." Maybe that's why I hate this one so much, I don't know. I can't quite place it. It's just cheesy.

Favorite line: "A person needs to be needed, and if you don't need me, you could lie."
